Shipping Procedure:All of our mail order steaks, seafood, pork, beef, lamb and exotic meat products are vacuum-sealed then placed in there own box and secured in a state-of- the-art ice chest with gel packs and/or dry ice.The ice chest is then placed in its own box to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.
Additional Shipping Notes:
We cut our meats Fresh to order including our delicious never frozen mail order steaks, all shipments spend no more than two days in transit (our standard shipping).Frozen seafood and other meat products may be mixed, as well as dry and canned goods such as pickles and spices.
Freezer-ready offerings are also vacuum-sealed and then shipped with dry ice and or gel packs. Once you receive your product, carefully remove it from the box and place in your freezer for later use or in your refrigerator to thaw.

Standard (2 business days) means your package will arrive in 2 days depending on the time of day you placed your order.*
Overnight Shipping means your package will arrive the next business day (your order must be received before 10:00 AM CST)
