If you are unsatisfied with any product that you receive from Lonnie's Meat Market, or an item is received damaged, please contact us within 3 days for a full refund, exchange or credit.
We will also refund/exchange shipping costs if the return is a result of a Lonnie's Meat Market error. Before you return a shipment, contact Lonnie's Meat Market for pre-authorization.
We cannot accept returns of opened cases/packages, items returned after the 3 day grace period or items not in their original packaging. In all cases, a valid receipt for the product must be returned to Lonnie's Meat Market.
